Her scientific interests include facial attractiveness and its association with immune system quality, or perception of faces in the context of mate choice and evaluation of potential rivals. The latter is also a topic she focuses on in her dissertation thesis. She received her bachelor’s degree at Faculty of Humanities, Charles University and then her master’s degree at the Department of Anthropology of the same faculty. Her main specialisation was Human Ethology. Currently, she is a PhD student at Faculty of Science, Charles University (Theoretical and Evolutionary Biology programme) and she is employed at the National Institute of Mental Health. Her supervisor is Jitka Fialová.
